Riding along in my automobile

I went to a baby consignment sale the other day and found some great toys and clothes for Kellen. If you haven't heard of them, they're these amazing sales consisting of used baby items. I hadn't heard of them until I moved to Texas. This wonderful car/scooter is exactly like the one his cousins have that he goes crazy for whenever we get together. I can't believe I found one just like it. He has had so much fun pushing and riding it around the apartment. I love finding toys that he doesn't lose interest in the first day. Here he is giving you all a little pose. Don't you just love the hand resting on the leg.haha

Battle Wounds

It might be hard to see in this picture but Kellen has a bite mark on his lip after falling into a chair, a scratch on his eye, and a big bruise on his forehead from falling into a table. Poor little guy. I wish I could pad or get rid of all our furniture for the time being but I guess with time he'll get more stable. For now all I can do is keep a very close eye on him. He's so adventurous. Boy do I love squeezing and kissing him.

Kellen Walking

Tyler and I have tried over a dozen times to get Kellen walking on video. Finally we captured it. He's been taking a few steps for awhile now but actually started a full out walk on Sunday when we went over to a couples house for dinner. They had a big family room which had plenty of space for him to practice unlike our tiny apartment. He's so excited in this video he's walking with his arms up which doesn't exactly give him very good balance.
